Terms

Version hire-terms-draft-2026-10-14

Who these terms are for

Companies that use Asli Hire to find workers (employers) and companies that list their workers on it (manpower supply companies).
Asli Hire is part of Asli UAE. By filling in your company details and ticking the box, you accept these terms for your company.

Workers never pay

You must never ask a worker found or listed on Asli Hire for any fee, deposit or cost for a job, visa, permit, ticket or training.
If we learn that a company charged a worker, we pause the company at once.

Using people's details

Use a person's details only to talk to them about a real job or placement. Do not share, sell or copy them into other lists.
Never choose or reject people because of nationality, religion, gender, age, marital status, looks or health.
If a person asks you to stop contacting them, stop.

Manpower companies listing workers

List only workers who agreed to be listed, and send each one the message with their own remove link (Asli Hire gives it to you).
Keep your list honest and current: mark workers placed or away when they take a job.
Do not upload passport copies, Emirates ID numbers, or details of nationality, religion, gender or age. We drop them if you do.
Asli Hire reads uploaded CVs to make a tidy profile and does not keep the files.

Opening profiles and credits

Searching and chatting are free. Opening a profile uses one credit. New companies get 3 free credits.
If an opened person is not reachable, not looking, already hired or the details were wrong, tell us within 14 days and the credit comes back (up to 3 a month).
Paid credits, when available, will be shown with their price before you buy.

What Asli Hire does and does not do

Asli Hire shows people who asked to be contacted and helps you reach them. It is not the employer and does not check identities, certificates or licences. Check these yourself before hiring, and follow UAE labour law (MOHRE).
The assistant gives general information, not legal advice.

Pausing and ending

We may pause a company that breaks these terms or that people report. You can stop using Asli Hire at any time.
