For manpower supply companies in the UAE
List your workers free. Get employers calling you.
Employers chat with Asli Hire to find waiters, cleaners, drivers, security guards, helpers and technicians. Your available workers show up with your company name, so the employer comes to you.

When an employer opens one of your workers, they see your company name and phone, and can hire through you.
Questions
- What does it cost?
- Listing your workers is free. You only pay if you open other people's profiles to hire for your own clients.
- Do workers pay anything?
- Never. Asli Hire does not allow any fee to workers, and says so to every employer.
- What about my workers' privacy?
- Only workers who agreed are listed. Employers see job, area, visa and experience first; name and phone only after they open the profile. Each worker gets a link to remove themselves at any time. We never save nationality, religion, gender, age or passport details.
- What if a worker is placed?
- Mark them as placed or away on your My workers page and they stop showing. Workers stop showing on their own 60 days after you last confirmed them.
- Can employers go around us?
- Employers can see the worker's own phone after opening. The profile shows that the worker is supplied by your company, and most employers want the visa and paperwork you handle.
